Deep in the heart of the mountainous Dana Biosphere Reserve, at the end of a rugged track, an idyllic candle-lit lodge rests in the magnificent Wadi Feynan. The reserve and its surroundings offer an incredible array of hiking and biking trails with a variety of difficulty levels and duration. The rich archaeology, history and culture in Feynan is fascinating and you will join an intermediate difficulty biking tour to the ancient copper mines, learn how to make Bedouin coffee & kohl (Bedouin eyeliner) or simply have a conversation with one of the local staff members and delve into this remote culture.
Every day the lodge offers a selection of activities in their daily schedule of which you have to check upon arrival , including many hiking or learning experiences that are already included in the price of your stay.
If you are not up for an active day, the lodge offers endless options of lounging spots with different views where you can read a book or just relax and take in the soothing atmosphere. At night you can lie down under a sea of shining stars.
