Day 1: Arrive and Overnight in Amman

Welcome to Jordan! Upon arrival at the Jordan International Airport, you will be met our representative who will be holding a signboard with your name on it and will assist you through visa formalities. 

You will be transferred afterwards to your hotel. After check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure.

* Depending on your flight time, Amman City Tour can be arranged in case of early arrival time[ before noon time].

 

Day 2: Amman - Ajloun - Tell Mar Elias -  Jerash - Amman

Breakfast at the hotel, Today we start by driving to the Islamic castle of Ajloun, in Arabic called Qal’at Ar Rabad. In 1184 during the Crusades an Arab general and relative of Salah ad-Din built here a fortress on higher grounds.

Around 9 km from Ajloun. a short stop at Tell Mar Elias will take place, This little-visited archaeological site, believed to be the birthplace of the prophet Elijah,

Then to the Roman ruins of Jerash. Set in the hills of Gilead, Jerash is the best example of a Roman provincial city in the Middle East.  Return transfer to your hotel in Amman.

 

Day 3: Amman – Mount Nebo – Madaba - Umm Ar-Rassas – Petra

Breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Mt. Nebo, believed to be the burial site of Prophet Moses. If the weather allows you will have like him a view of the Promised Land.

a Short drive to the town of Madaba, known for its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaic art. Certainly, you see the popular 6th-century map of Palestine in the Greek Orthodox St. George’s Church.

driving south your next stop will be at Umm Ar-Rasas, Excavations in Umm Ar-Rasas have uncovered some of the finest Byzantine church mosaics, including a large carpet depicting Old and New Testament cities on both the east and west banks of the Jordan River. Then continue to your hotel in Petra and overnight.

Day 4: Visit Petra - Al Kerak Castle- Dead Sea

After breakfast at the hotel, Spend the day wandering in the red rose city of Petra. Petra is the biggest attraction of Jordan and was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabatean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundation of a commercial empire that extended into Syria.
On your way to the Dead Sea, You will visit Al Kerak Castle, The castle was a Crusader stronghold and one of the main locations of the ancient Moab kingdom. The Crusaders built the castle in the mid-12th century A.D. Then continuing your trip to the dead sea to enjoy the resort and the beach and spend the night there.

Day 5: Dead Sea- Baptism Site- Amman city tour- Amman over night

After breakfast; free time to dip into the salty water or take a mud bath,

At around 10:00am , from your resort you will be picked up for a short drive to the Baptism site, also known as "Bethany Beyond the Jordan", is an archaeological World Heritage Site in Jordan, on the east bank of the Jordan River, considered to be the original location of the Baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist and venerated as such since at least the Byzantine period.
Then Take an amazing tour in Amman to see all historical sites in amman.

 

Day 6: Amman - Umm Qais - Jesus Cave- Amman

After breakfast; You will go to Umm Qais, one of Jordan mesmerizing spots, Visiting while in there Al Hara Al Foga where you will be experiencing Jordanian culture and cuisine.  Then heading to one of the most important historical biblical sites, Jesus cave in which Jesus had stayed in this cave while travelling to Umm Qays, in order to release its ancient people from paganism.

 

Day 7: Amman — Departure Queen Alia Airport

After breakfast, depending on your flight time you’ll check out from the hotel and transfer to Queen Alia Airport for departure.
